Request Description and Potential
Reason for request:
The cured Higgsless model exhibits the same scattering process with initial quark - anti-quark and final state with a heavy new quark, but through a colored T-channel kk-gluon. Therefore, the expected cross-section is much larger. Moreover, more diagrams are expected to contribute (for example gluon initial states), which would result in different kinematics. Nevertheless, the current search should be sensitive to this alternative model and it would be nice to recast it. This was studied in http://arXiv.org/abs/arXiv:0907.3931 .

Comments

The Higgsless model proceeeds through the same diagram of t-channel exchange, but with the kk gluon instead of weak vector boson. The cross section is likely to be much higher and the signature very similar.
